What we collect

Your email, country, the inputs you enter on the order form, your declarations, payment status from Stripe (never your card details) and the content you send us for the work. This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels; page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not identify visitors.

Why and on what basis

To perform the contract (order, delivery, support), to meet legal duties (accounting, tax), and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.

Generative AI and processors

Generative AI is used in delivering the work. Your content reaches a model or processor only for your deliverable and only after you accept this notice on the order form. It is not retained for training and is not used to train any model. Processors: stripe-test, supabase, cloudflare. Highest data class we accept: public. We do not accept special-category data.

Retention and rights

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes; working content is deleted 90 days after delivery. You may ask for access, correction, deletion or portability, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Write to studio@ai-ventures.co.uk.
