The service

SYNTHETIC-TEST offer (testing only; never sold): the scope on the offer page, delivered within 1 day of a confirmed order, with 0 included revisions. Anything listed as not included is outside this contract.

Price and payment

£1.00 GBP, paid in full through Stripe Checkout before work starts. No other payment route is offered and nobody acting for us will ask for card details by message.

Cancellation and refunds

Test mode only; refunds through stripe.refund.create with Board approval

Consumers: you have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for services. By asking us to start straight away you agree that, once work has begun, you lose that right for the work already done; if you cancel before delivery you pay a proportionate amount for what has been done.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights in the material you supply and warrant that you may share it with us. On payment in full you receive an assignment of the rights we hold in the deliverable, excluding our background tools, templates and know-how, which are licensed to you for use with the deliverable. Third-party assets are used under their own licences, which are named in the deliverable. Parts of the deliverable are produced with generative AI; we make no promise that automatic copyright arises in AI output, and exclusivity is limited to the deliverable as supplied.

Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability under this contract is limited to the price paid.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts, without affecting a consumer's statutory rights in their country of residence.
